There is a WebLogic server tool named Composer is available, which can be used to dynamically modify the DVM file values and also Bussiness Rules component facts.
Follow the below steps to modify the DVM files dynimically from front end.

Follow the below steps to modify the DVM files dynimically from front end.
- Log on to the Weblogic Composer, url : http://localhost:8001/soa/composer
- Click on Open > Open DVM
- Choose the appropriate DVM file which you want to modify. Here you can add a record or can modify the existing records.
- Click on Edit option from Menu then add a record or edit an existing record.
- After Modification click on the Commit option on menu and click on yes on the pop-up window.
- Now your modifications will be saved on the DVM file.
